Seminar on Business Automation at KCCI

              One day Faculty Development Program on “Teacher Empowerment: Key to Academic Excellence”, conducted by PAFGC in collaboration with IQAC with the aim of enhancing the professional skills and knowledge of faculty members, featured by Dr. Kote Venkatachala Rao, Director of Pilikula Regional Science Centre on 19th Feb 2024 . The event commenced with a gathering in the multipurpose hall, whereas Mr. Mohammed Samsheer, Asst. Professor, initiated with a prayer. Vol 3 .02 Quarterly Newsletter 12 Ms. Muneera, Asst Professor in English extended a warm welcome to the distinguished guests, including Dr. Kote Venkatachala Rao, Mr. Sharafuddin P K, AGM-Campus, Dr. Surfraz J Hasim,Principal, PAFGC, Dr. Sharmila Kumari, Vice Principal, PACE, Prof. K. P Soofie, Principal, PAPT,Dr. G Hariskrishnan, Vice Principal, PAFGC, Ms. Vanishree Y IQAC Coordinator and Mr. Mohammed Faizal Head CPOD. The FDP aimed to introduce faculty members to innovative teaching techniques and pedagogical approaches to create engaging learning environments.Dr. K V Rao emphasized key points such as the quality and mentality of a teacher, character building, problem solving, planning and counseling the students, handling and interacting with the students, challenges faced by the teachers and also shared experience of his teaching journey. With the increasing use of technology in education, the program included sessions on integrating technology into teaching and learning processes effectively. Presidential remarks was delivered by the esteemed Principal Dr. Surfraz J Hasim. The Speaker Dr. K.V. Rao was felicitated by Mr. Sharafuddin P K, AGM-Campus, The ceremony reached it’s ending with a comprehensive vote of thanks by Ms. Ramyashree, Asst Professor, Dept. of Commerce and Management. She expressed gratitude to all attendees, organizers and contributors emphasizing the collective effort that made the program a resounding success.
