Faculty Development Program at PAFGC

          The one-day Faculty Development Program on: “Legacy Learning: Own-You, YourFamily and Your –Institution” conducted by PAFGC in association with IQAC, on 12th Jan 2024. Dr. Beeran Moidin BM, Registrar, D.Y. Patil International University, Pune was the Resource Person for the session. The event, graced by the esteemed presence of Dr Surfraz J Hasim, Principal, PAFGC. Dr. G. Harikrishnan, Vice Principal, Ms. Vanishree Y (IQACCoordinator), and Mr. Mohammed Faizal (Head- CPOD) were present on the dais. Dr Beeran Moidin BM emphasized the key points such as maintaining composure, deferring anger, expressing gratitude, utilizing effective leadership and emphasizing the importance of time and discipline. Interactive sessions proved fruitful for the faculty members to be the professionals in their respective fields
