LITERATURE REVIEW WORKSHOP AT MSNM BONDEL.

          On 30 November 2024, Ms. Noorjahan Begum, HOD & Asst. Professor, Dept. of HSS & Ms. Gopika, Asst. Professor, Dept. of English attended a workshop on Navigating the Literature: Essential Skills for PhD Researchers at MSNIM Bondel at 9. 30 AM. The sessions were very informative and helpful for those who are stepping into the research field. The objective of the workshop were to enhance literature search skills: Equip PhD researchers with effective strategies for searching, identifying, and retrieving relevant literature. It concentrates to develop critical evaluation skills: Enable participants to critically evaluate the quality, relevance, and validity of sources, and to identify biases and limitations and to improve literature organization and management: Teach participants how to efficiently organize, store, and manage their literature using various tools and software. The sessions helped to design and execute effective literature searches, critically evaluate the quality and relevance of sources, organize and manage the literature using various tools and software, synthesize and integrate the findings of multiple studies, think critically about the literature and our own research.
