Faculty Development Program On “Publish and Flourish: A Program on Research Paper Writing Skills

             On 19 august 2024, the internal quality assurance cell (iqac) organized One-day faculty development program titled "Publish and flourish: Research paper writing skills" by mr. Sanath kumar k, assistant professor, Department of commerce and management. The program began with a warm welcome delivered by ms. Fathimath Azweena, assistant professor, department of computer applications. The Faculty development program aimed to enhance the research paper writing Skills of staff members and equip them with the tools and knowledge Necessary to produce high-quality research papers, thereby increasing their Publication output and contributing to academic excellence. His presentation delved into various critical aspects of research paper Writing, including the importance of clear content identifiers, proper author Affiliation, and the different types of research papers. He provided detailed Insights into the structural elements of research papers and shared effective Techniques for presenting research findings in a compelling manner. The event was graced by dr. Surfraz j. Hasim, principal, pafgc, along with The heads of various departments and other faculty members who actively Participated in the discussions. The program was attended by 22 faculty Members from various departments, who engaged actively in discussions, Workshops, and networking opportunities. The fdp concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by ms. Fathimath Azweena, who expressed gratitude to the speaker, attendees, and Organizers for their contributions to the program's success. The session not Only provided valuable knowledge and skills but also fostered a collaborative Environment for academic growth among faculty members.
