“CAMPUS CHROMA” - The Festival of Talents

The vibrant and exciting National Level College Fest, "Campus Chroma," organizedrnby P.A. First Grade College, Mangalore, in collaboration with IQAC, took place onrnNovember 28, 2023. The event aimed to provide a platform for students tornshowcase their talents and creativity.Morning Session Highlights:The program commenced at 10:00 am with a traditional prayer, seeking divinernblessings.The Chief Guest, C A Ananthesh V. Prabhu, President, KCCI & Managing Partner,rnM/S Aruna Industries, inspired the audience with his insights on entrepreneurshiprnin the food sector.Inauguration of 25 stalls, including those by home bakers and students from sisterrninstitutions, added a diverse and colorful touch to the fest. Inter-collegiate competitions by various departments, such as Fruit Art Gallery,rnCooking Confessions, Tasty Task, Food for Thought, Spartans, Chroma Reels, MindrnO Pedias, Brain Blast, Design Delight, and Break the Crack, engaged participantsrnand added vibrancy to the eventThe Chief Guest visited each stall, appreciating the efforts put in by thernparticipants. The event saw the presence ofrndistinguished guests, including ChefrnShan and prominent figures from thernhospitality and food industry. Dr. Surfraz J Hasim, Principal, PAFGC,rnaddressed the gathering, and variousrnheads of departments andrncoordinators played crucial roles in thernsuccess of the fest. Afternoon Session Highlights:The valedictory function featured ChefrnShan, a celebrity chef and food vlogger,rnas the Chief Guest.Guests of honor included Ms. ArshanarnAdabiye, Operation Head, City TowerrnHotel & Viceroy Restaurant, Ms.rnSameera Basheer, Home Baker & FoodrnBlogger, Ms. Sajida Harisa, ProfessionalrnMakeup Artist, Ms. Semi Sathar, HomernBaker & Food Blogger, Ms. Nazeeba,rnSupervisor, Honchocafe & DiamondrnDine Restaurant, Kasargod, and Mr.rnSharaffuddin P K, AGM (Campus), MsrnShafinaz, Admission Officer amongrnothers.The guests emphasized thernsignificance of such events andrnexpressed their happiness in being partrnof the food fest.The runner-up of the competitions wasrnHira Women’s PU College, and thernwinner was Kanachur PU College."Campus Chroma" proved to be arngrand success, bringing togetherrndiverse talents, fostering creativity,rnand creating a lively atmosphere onrnthe campus.
