In celebration of World Nature Day, a one-dayrnBotanical Excursion was meticulously organizedrnby the Nature Club on October 3, 2023. The eventrnaimed to explore the rich plant species diversityrnwithin the PACE campus. Hon. Capt. Rudresh,rnthe Campus Supervisor, played a crucial role inrnguiding the students throughout the excursion.Excursion Highlights: The excursion primarilyrntargeted Nature Club students, providing themrnwith a unique opportunity to delve into thernfascinating world of local plant species. Underrnthe expert guidance of Mr. Rudresh, participantsrnwere introduced to a diverse range of plants,rnincluding medicinal species, cinnamon plants,rnpassion fruit plants, sandalwood plants, andrnmore.Educational Insights: Mr. Rudresh sharedrncomprehensive insights into the medicinalrnproperties of various plant species, emphasizingrnthe importance of factors such as location, soilrnconditions, economic significance, andrntemperature.
