Annual Day Celebration at PAFGC

P. A. First Grade College celebrated its annual day under the patronage of Mr. AbdullarnIbrahim, Managing Trustee, PAET on 16 May 2024 at PACE auditorium. The event wasrngraced by distinguished guests, faculty members, and enthusiastic students, creating anrnatmosphere of joy and celebrationProf. P. L Dharma, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Mangalore University was invited as the ChiefrnGuest. Prof. P. L Dharma, in his address, emphasized the importance of academicrndedication and holistic growth of the students. Mr. K Ahmed Kutty, Director (Finance),rnPAET, and Mr. Sharafuddin P. K, AGM (campus)̧̧̧̧̧, PAET were the guests of honor.Dr. Sayyed Ameen, Dean (Student Affairs) & Director- CMSR, Dr. Rameez, Principal, PACE,rnDr. Saleeemulla Khan, Principal, PACP, Mr. K. P Soofie, Principal, PAPT, Dr. SajeeshrnRagunathan, Principal, PAIP, Mr. Haris T. D, Purchase Manager, Ms. Shafinaz, AdmissionrnOfficer and Mr. Mohammed Faizal N, Head- CPOD were present on the dais. The program began by invoking the blessings of the Almighty by Mr. Irfad from 2nd yearrnBCA. The gathering was welcomed by Ms. Deepti Udyavar, Head- Dept. of Commerce andrnManagement. Dr. Surfraz J Hasim, Principal, PAFGC presented the Annual Report of thernyear 2023-24. The guest of honour Mr. K Ahmed Kutty motivated the students to set ambitious goalsrnand work tirelessly towards achieving them. Best Outgoing Students, Student of thernMonth, students who had excelled in the university examinations, cultural, sports andrnoverall involvement in college activities were felicitated at the award ceremony. Mr.rnMohammed Ashiq from 3rd year BBA, Ms. Fathima P. B from 3rd year B.Com, Ms. Rashikarnfrom 3rd year B.Sc (FT), and Ms. Rouzana from 3rd B.Sc (FND) were identified as the BestrnOutgoing Students. Individual sport championships were bagged by Mr. Krithik Roshanrnfrom 3rd year BCA & Ms. Fathima O. H from 1st year B.Com. Overall championship crownedrnto Blue House. Faculty members were also acknowledged for exhibiting sportsmanship.rnMr. Abdul Sameer, Asst. Professor, Dept. of HSS and Ms. Krithika, Asst. Professor, Dept. ofrnFood Sciences received the individual championship awards. The meticulous planning and coordination of the team made the entire program a grandrnsuccess. The formal function concluded with the felicitation of the Chief Guest, and thernvote of thanks proposed by Ms. Vanishree Y, IQAC Coordinator.
