On 24 May 2024, IQAC, in collaboration with the Dept. ofrnFood Sciences and Nutritionora Association, organizedrnan informative session titled “Beyond the Degree:rnLeveraging Your Education for Future Success.” inrnSeminar Hall 1.The event featured Ms. Hana Mariyam, an alumna ofrnPAFGC (Batch 2020) and a current M.Sc Student in FoodrnScience Nutrition & Dietetics at St. Aloysius Collegern(Deemed to be University), Mangalore. She shared herrnexperiences and insights on how to effectively leveragernone’s education for future success, emphasizingrnpractical strategies and personal anecdotes from herrnacademic and professional journey. She engaged thernaudience with her insightful presentation & discussedrnvarious aspects of career development, including thernimportance of continuous learning, networking, andrngaining practical experience through internships andrnprojects. Her talk was well-received, sparking a livelyrnQ&A session where students eagerly sought advice onrntheir career paths. The event commenced with a prayer led by Ms.rnMehzana from 2nd year B.Sc (FND).
