An Informative Session on “Counselling Skills”

An informative session was conducted by Ms.rnDeepti Udyavar, Head- Department of Commercernand Management, Ms. Vanishree Y, IQACrnCoordinator, and Ms. Ithashree, Asst. Professor,rnDept. of Commerce & Management to the 1st yearrnMBA students of CMSR, PACE on 29 April 2024. Thernsession covered topics such as angerrnmanagement, self-esteem, and stressrnmanagement. Ms. Deepti Udyavar explained to thernstudents the reasons behind anger and sharedrnvarious techniques to manage it. Ms. Vanishree Yrndiscussed the importance of self-esteem, thernnegative effects of low self-esteem, and how a highrnlevel of self-esteem shapes one's mindset. Ms.rnIthashree spoke about the impact of stress andrnoffered strategies for managing it. The studentsrnwere enthusiastic and actively engagedrnthroughout the session.
