Cooking Without Fire Competition

On account of Talents Day, IQAC inrncollaboration with Nutritionora Associationrnorganized a cooking without firerncompetition on 20 April 2024. The eventrnwas held at the food processing lab,rnproviding a suitable environment for thernculinary showcase.Ms. Delcy R DSouza, Head- Dept. of FoodrnSciences and Ms. Ashalatha, Asst.rnProfessor, Dept. of Food Sciences werernthe panel of judges. Their expertise in foodrnrelated fields ensured a fair and insightfulrnevaluation process. To maintain a sense of urgency andrnchallenge, a time limit of 45 minutes wasrnset for each team to complete theirrnculinary masterpieces. Ms. Anfha Nishad,rnAsst. Professor, Dept. of Food Sciencesrncoordinated the event.After a rigorous evaluation process, thernfirst prize was awarded to Ms. FathimarnThidil from 3rd year B.Sc (FND) and Ms.rnShameeha from 1st year B.sc (FND) andrnthe second prize was awarded to Ms. HibarnZainab and Ms. Fathima Rifa from 1st yearrnB.Sc (FND).
