VOTER ID ENROLLMENT CAMPAIGN

           On 22nd March 2024, NSS unit of PAFGC organised a Voter ID Enrollment Campaign for the students in the Computer Lab-1.The voter ID registration drive aimed to facilitate voter registration among the students of P.A First Grade College, empowering them to exercise their democratic right to vote. A registration desk was set up at the college Computer Lab and provided necessary information about the voter ID registration process. Trained volunteers assisted the students in filling out registration forms and guided them. Over 100 students participated in the voter ID registration drive. Mr. Sameer, Asst. Professor, Dept. of HSS and Mr.Mohammed Ishaan Sheik 3rd year BBA trained the NSS Volunteers. Ms. Ithashree.M and Ms. Chaithra N.V, NSS Program Officers, Mr. Mohammed Sali Asham, Asst. Professor, Dept. of Commerce and Management were present during the occasion. The drive effectively raised awareness among students about the significance of voter registration and encouraged them to actively participate in the democratic process. The voter ID registration drive at P.A First Grade College was a resounding success, facilitating voter registration among the students and fostering a culture of civic engagement.
